Alpha Stone stands for high-quality natural stone. With over 30 years of experience in the trade and a keen eye for quality, we offer a wide range of selected natural stones, complemented by custom cuts from our own production.
Our focus
Limestone and travertine form the core of our product range, along with quartzite, hard sandstone, gneiss, and slate. We source these stones directly from their countries of origin. We rely on long-standing, trusting relationships and ensure the high quality of our products through regular on-site visits.
Our Materials
Technically reliable and versatile—our natural stones open up endless possibilities for creative designs. Their colors, textures, and finishes offer numerous options for customizing projects. The stones have a natural, pleasant feel and are equally suitable for residential and public projects.
Our warehouse
With over 35 different types of stone, our warehouse houses approximately 50,000 square meters of natural stone. At our workshop, we craft custom products - from stair treads and vanity tops to cover slabs and pool coping - quickly, precisely, and to the highest standards. This allows projects to be planned flexibly and special requirements to be reliably met.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
We are actively committed to ensuring that our natural stone products are sourced without the use of child labor. We are members of various associations and interest groups that advocate for fair working conditions and ensure compliance with national and international social and environmental standards.
Monitoring and Control
Our supply chains are audited regularly and without prior notice. These audits are conducted on a risk-based approach, with a particular focus on sourcing regions where structural challenges may exist. The goal is to ensure compliance with international social and environmental standards and to promote local improvement programs. We are supported in this effort by the IGEP Foundation, an organization with decades of experience in monitoring production and export conditions. In addition, we provide targeted support for social initiatives in the countries of origin of our stones, particularly education and development programs.
Local aid projects
We provide targeted support for initiatives aimed at improving the economic and social conditions in the predominantly rural areas of our sourcing regions, where structural challenges may exist. The IGEP Foundation is deeply committed to social projects in the countries of origin of our stone: It promotes education, strengthens the economic independence of families, improves children’s health and nutrition through preventive health screenings and school meals, and supports the community through cultural initiatives. In this way, the IGEP Foundation actively contributes to creating opportunities for a better future and sustainably improving the quality of life in rural regions.
